Lisa Scholz initiated TAFF in 2013 and drove its implementation forward. She is a specialist in the field of asylum at Diakonisches Werk. As a social education worker, she has many years of practical experience (including at PSZ Nuremberg) in working with refugees.

Dr. Stefan Schmid

Dr. Stefan Schmid - psychologist, has been working for over 25 years as a consultant for non-profit organizations, public authorities and in business on issues of intercultural cooperation and organizational psychology. His approach is characterized by applied accompanying research and scientifically based practical consulting. TAFF began as a consultancy project and is now the core of his work.

Head of Department | PD Dr. habil. Astrid Utler

PD Dr. habil. Astrid Utler - psychologist with a focus on cultural psychology and intercultural issues. She is driven by the question of how harmonious coexistence in diversity can succeed in the best possible way. However, in order to be able to participate in living together in the first place, refugees with severe psychological problems in particular need additional support. Astrid Utler is a temporary academic advisor at the Department of Psychology at the University of Bayreuth. The management of TAFF is part of her additional freelance work.
